KMBC’s Dan Weinbaum tells us about a veteran who was badly injured when he was sucker punched four years ago. The victim is still recovering. He got sucker punched which broke his jaw and when he fell he cracked his skull.
Guy Sues Cops After Getting Sucker Punched In The Face!
A Livonia man is suing the city and two Detroit Police officers in federal court, claiming he was sucker-punched while being escorted out of the MGM Grand Casino — an incident captured on surveillance camera. The casino incident happened after officers responded in late July to a report that Patrick Poisson had inappropriately touched a “Grandette” waitress inside the casino in downtown Detroit. The waitress told police that a drunken man touched her butt with his right hand. “When you look at the video and read the police report, it’s describing two different incidents,” Mueller said. In the request, Ortiz wrote that Poisson “turned around and charged at Officer Dudal. The defendant attempted to strike Officer Dudal with his right fist but missed,” according to the lawsuit. “The defendant charged at Officer Dudal a second time. Officer Dudal, in an attempt to defend himself, struck the defendant’s face with his left fist. The defendant fell to the ground and was still fighting with Officer Dudal.” The officer’s report failed to mention the waitress told him she didn’t want to press charges, according to the lawsuit.
First things first. How do you inappropriately touch a casino waitress/Grandette? I mean anything short of rape is legal in my book. That’s what you do at casinos. You pat chicks on the ass and grope the shit out of them. If girls don’t like it, don’t take the job. So that’s the first problem here. The second is this cops totally lied and cold cocked this guy for no reason. Probably trying to impress the Grandette and get in her pants later. Either way I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a dude get screwed over more than this guy did. He tries to make a move on Grandette and gets a broken nose for his trouble and then gets framed by the cops. Somebody needs to pay the man his money.
